Shipping policy

Made By Milz only ships within Australia. 

Shipping costs: 

Orders under $100 AUD - Standard shipping $10

Orders under $100 AUD - Express shipping $15

Orders over $100 AUD - Free standard shipping within Australia 

Dispatch and delivery: 

Standard shipping usually takes 2-8 business days depending on the location of which it is shipped to. 

Express shipping typically arrives within 1-4 business days. 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. 

Once placed, orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days from confirmation of purchase. Please note that due to the nature of Made By Milz products, the handcrafted aesthetic can be time consuming, so during busy periods such as a collection launch or sale period, the dispatch time may increase up to 7 days from confirmation of purchase. During the festive season, please note that there may be an increase in delivery times and orders placed and sent close to or after the recommended Australia Post Christmas cut-off dates, are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas day. Any differentiation to the regular dispatch turn around time, will be communicated to customers via the website. 

Please also note that all orders placed will be provided with a tracking number and that Made By Milz is not responsible for any stolen or missing packages.
