MadeByMilz is an Australian, locally owned homewares brand based on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula. Our collections of handcrafted and wholesome homey pieces are released in small batches, each reflecting a connection to surrounding natural beauty. From the vibrant vineyards to the sunny seaside, as well as the journey in between, our designs are authentically inspired and one-of-a-kind. 

With nature at the forefront of inspiration, MadeByMilz is committed to thoughtful design and consideration of our climate. We aim to minimize our impact and contribute to a greener future with the use of eco-friendly packaging and sustainable production practices.

The Artist

Amelia, is a multidisciplinary artist from the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with a passion for making and creating. From a young age, her artistic journey, influenced by design, travel, food, and wellbeing, has led to refined skills in drawing, printmaking, pottery, and photography. 

Through observing her surroundings, Amelia seeks to encapsulate cherished memories and moments of comfort using contemporary lines and natural gestures. Amelia's academic pursuits, culminating in a Bachelor of Fine Art, have shaped her distinct, organic approach to mark making. Whether working with clay, pen, paper, or ink, her compositions reflect a sensitivity to texture, line, and form that invites viewers to connect with the nature of her subjects.

Motivated to share her creative essence, Amelia invites like-minded people on a creative journey through sharing her craft of aesthetic homewares and gifts. She aims to celebrate the beauty found in everyday experiences, in correlation with her love for cooking, celebrating, and creating.
