Refund policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of Made By Milz products, returns and exchanges for all full priced, discounted and sale items are not accepted for change of mind. 

Immense care and consideration is implemented in the packing and protection of Made By Milz products. However, if the item arrives faulty, due to a manufacturing or delivery fault, a replacement or refund will be granted within 14 days of the confirmation of delivery date. 

To be eligible for replacement or refund on a faulty item, the item must be in the condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and proof is required through photographs of the faulty product. Proof of purchase via receipt is mandatory, and an agreement must be made via e-mail contact at hello@madebymilz.com.au, before the item is replaced or refunded. 

Items that have been clearly used, purposely damaged or altered will not be accepted for replacement or refund. 

If the customer applies for a refund on a faulty item via the original payment method, please note that it may take a couple of weeks before the refund appears in the customers’ account. 

If a customer receives the wrong item, please contact hello@madebymilz.com.au at the earliest chance possible to organise a replacement of the incorrect product.
